The Location
Specifications
At The Crossroads of Dallas / Fort Worth
The development will be unprecedented in scope and scale. The size of the site lives up to its Texas heritage, boasting over 400 developable acres in the center of Dallas and Fort Worth. The University of Dallas, Southwest Premier Properties and the City of Irving’s leadership are all dedicated to building a world-class development and the possibilities for creating a globally-recognized destination are boundless.
The City of Irving’s site is roughly 80 acres. Southwest Premier’s land is approximately 117 acres and the seven parcels of Universality of Dallas land total approximately 271 acres.
In 2005, these three landowners hired RTKL Associates to sketch out opportunities for the full development site. These preliminary concepts included a mixed-use village, an urban resort, and an eco-community, aerial renderings of which are below. Click here for more information about these concepts.
