A Proven Site
The City of Irving, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) have over $1 billion of fully funded transportation improvements scheduled for the area; $700 million of these improvements will directly benefit the site and are to be completed well before the completion of any development at the stadium site.
